The best rides
For thrill-seekers
- Tower of Power – a near-vertical drop that shoots you through a tunnel inside a shark aquarium. The park’s signature ride.
- The Dragon – a giant funnel slide where you swing up the walls on a float.
- Singha – a water roller-coaster with drops and climbs.
- Kinnaree – multi-person raft slide with big drops.
- Naga Racer – mat racing slide, good for competitive families.
For relaxing
- Mai Thai River – a long lazy river with rapids, conveyors and views of the coast.
- Wave Palace – one of the largest artificial wave pools anywhere, with waves of up to 3 m at times. Surf sessions are sometimes offered separately.
- Siam Beach – white-sand beach area with loungers.
For younger children
- The Lost City – a big interactive play structure with water cannons, small slides and shallow pools. Ideal for under-8s.
- Sawasdee – gentle family rafting.
Height restrictions apply on the bigger slides; check the signs at each entrance. Our Tenerife with kids guide has more family ideas.
Getting to Siam Park
Siam Park is just above the TF-1 motorway in Costa Adeje, between Playa de las Americas and Adeje.
- Free bus: the park has long run a free shuttle from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Stops and times change, so check the official website.
- Car: paid parking at the entrance.
- Taxi: a short, inexpensive ride from most southern resorts.
- From the north: from Puerto de la Cruz it is roughly an hour by road. Some tour operators sell combined transport and entry.
Tips for a better day
- Arrive before 10am. The first hour has the shortest queues for Tower of Power and The Dragon.
- Grab loungers early if you want them; reserved loungers cost extra.
- Wear water shoes if your feet are sensitive. Paths heat up quickly in summer.
- Use sun cream generously. Tenerife’s sun is strong all year, even when there’s a breeze.
- Check the weather. Winter days can be cooler, but the pools are heated. On a cloudy day in the north, the south is often sunny.
- Consider the Twin Ticket if you also plan to visit Loro Parque.
Siam Park for different visitors
Families with toddlers
Base yourselves near The Lost City, where shallow pools, small slides and plenty of shade keep little ones busy for hours. The lazy river works for most ages with a parent on a double ring.
Teenagers and thrill-seekers
Head straight to Tower of Power and The Dragon at opening, then work round the bigger slides before the queues build around midday.
Couples and adults
A VIP cabana or a reserved lounger near Siam Beach makes for a relaxed day, with the wave pool and lazy river in between bigger rides.
Visitors with limited mobility
Paths are mostly paved, and the park offers facilities for disabled visitors. Contact the park in advance to ask about access to specific areas and rides.

Frequently asked questions
How much is Siam Park in Tenerife?
Standard day tickets are typically around €44 for adults and €32 for children aged 3 to 11, with under-3s free. Prices change and online offers vary, so check the official site before you go.
What time does Siam Park open?
It usually opens at 10am every day, closing around 5pm in winter (November to April) and 6pm in summer (May to October). Extended summer evenings and special night events are sometimes added.
Is Siam Park suitable for young children?
Yes. The Lost City area has shallow pools and small slides for little ones, and the lazy river and wave pool suit families. The biggest slides have minimum height limits, so younger children won't be able to ride everything.
Is there a free bus to Siam Park?
Siam Park has long run a free bus service from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Timetables and stops change, so check the park's website before relying on it.
Can you take your own food into Siam Park?
Outside food and drink are generally not permitted, though there are exceptions for baby food and special dietary needs. The park has several restaurants and snack bars inside.
How long do you need at Siam Park?
Plan for a full day. Arriving at opening time and staying until late afternoon lets you ride the main slides with shorter queues.
