DoTenerife.com is operated by Creative Locker (contact: info@creativelocker.co.uk). This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address (and optionally name and phone) when you sign in, claim a listing or manage a page.
• Enquiries — the name, email, phone and message you submit through contact and booking forms, which we pass to the venue or act concerned.
• Technical data — standard server logs processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance.

Why we use it

To provide sign-in, verify claims, forward enquiries and run the site (legitimate interests and performance of a service you request). We don't sell personal data.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage) and Resend (transactional email).

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing info@creativelocker.co.uk. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in the UK, the ICO).

Event information

Line-ups and posters are published by venues and performers to promote their events. If you are a performer and want something changed or removed, contact us.
